We do not offer refunds once the order is successfully placed.

However, we do provide replacements in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the order

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with clear photos/videos as proof.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

No return or replacement will be accepted for:

* Change of mind
* Size/colour preference issues (unless wrong item sent)

Refunds (if approved in rare cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
